We can provide a range of transport solutions for you to catch up with friends, attend doctors appointments, sporting events and much more.


Keeping you connected with your community

We understand that having to rely on family and friends for support can be difficult. We also know that the cost of transport, even with the healthcare discount can be expensive. That’s where we come in. Our friendly team of paid and volunteer drivers will help you get where you need to be. You can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from being transported by passionate people who love what they do.

Personal transport

Our affordable door-to-door transport service can help you get to medical appointments, shopping, social events and outings, and much more. Our passionate team of paid and volunteer drivers are there to assist you to have a comfortable and safe journey, wherever you need to go.

Group transport

Our group transport service is a great way to catch up with friends, or make new ones on your way to and from your various activities on one of our commuter buses. You’re guaranteed to meet and get to know some wonderful new people.

How to access our transport services
For new consumers aged 65 years and over (or over 50 for Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islanders), please request transport assistance by phoning My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

If you are aged between 18 and 65 years of age (or under 50 for Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islanders) and have a condition preventing you from undertaking daily activities, such as a disability, we offer a range of entry-level transport solutions. Contact the Tasmanian Community Care Referral Service on 1300 769 699 in the first instance to discuss your requirements and eligibility.

Our vehicles

We have a range of vehicles designed to assist you in getting where you need to be. Our vehicles range from sedans for taking consumers to personal appointments to commuters that have been specially fitted-out to cater for those with mobility challenges.

Across the state we have over 90 vehicles made up of Toyota Commuters, People movers, Wagons, Sedans and electric vehicles. Our vehicles are chosen based on their suitability for our eligible consumers and their geographical location.
