Support at Home fees
Support at Home transport is charged at $1.55 per kilometre, with a daily minimum fee of $15.50.
'Out and About' social outings are $35 for Support at Home consumers.

Payment can be made over the phone using a Debit or Credit card, by Direct Deposit to our bank account, as an automatic monthly payment from your Debit or Credit card or by cheque. For queries regarding invoices and payments, please send us a billing enquiry.

2026 fee adjustments

In line with our annual review of fees and services, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to increase our fees by a nominal amount. Please see below the new fee structure that will come into effect from the 1^st of April 2026.

Please note that all transport & home services until the 1^st of April 2026 will be invoiced at the existing rates. The rates from the 1^st of April 2026 are below.

Support at Home fees
Support at Home transport to increase to $1.85 per kilometre, with a daily minimum fee of $18.50 per journey for first 10 kilometres.

'Out and About' social outings to increase to $40 for Support at Home consumers.
