EftSure

EftSure is an Australian-owned software company that provides electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment protection by validating ABN numbers, GST registration status, and bank account details to ensure all payments arrive securely at the correct accounts. EftSure maintains an independently verified database of payee information while abiding by strict privacy, data protection, and compliance controls.

New Suppliers

New suppliers to CTST may receive an email requesting them to verify their details in EftSure. After registering your details, you will receive a call from an EftSure team member (usually within 24-48 hours) to verify your details. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email from EftSure when your data has been verified.

Changing your details

Suppliers with updated banking details will also follow a similar process. Any Suppliers who need to update their banking or other business information will need to contact our Accounts team on 03 6208 8530 option 3, or via email at accounts@ctst.org.au. We will then send a change request form via Eftsure to the email address we have on file and the verification process will commence from there.
